Snapped key in the front door near Castle Park before work. Someone was round inside 25 minutes, pulled the broken half out and fitted an anti-snap Euro cylinder. Two new keys cut, written warranty, sorted before lunch.
Tenant phoned us at 11pm — they'd snapped the key clean in the front door of our Weymouth holiday let. Brilliant. Phoned around and these picked up first. Engineer drove down from Dorchester within 25 minutes, pulled the broken half out without trashing the cylinder, and fitted an anti-snap to replace it. Two keys cut on the spot.
